Permitted Freeport Activities
Activities include warehousing and storage, freight forwarding, quality control and inspection, sorting, grading and minor processing, ship and aircraft maintenance, container management and international commodity trading (including direct shipment without physical landing in Mauritius). Both domestic companies and GBCs may apply for a Freeport Certificate.
